Skip-a-Pay is Here!

Stressed about holiday gifts? Ease your worries and opt to skip your loan payment* in December or January and get the cash you need to make the holidays “extra” bright this year! Applying is easy and can be done online within eBanking, in person, or by contacting our Call Center today.

Complete the process online:

1. Open your eBanking App or visit ExtraCreditUnion.org to log in to eBanking, tap/click on the menu, and select the “payments” tab.
2. Tap/Click on “skip a loan payment” and much of your information will be pre-filled and simple to submit!

Don’t have eBanking? Using Extra Credit Union’s eBanking platform is the fastest and easiest way to access your account—and enrolling is simple!

1. Go to ExtraCreditUnion.org and look for the white “eBanking Login” box.
2. Click on “Enroll Here” and agree to the terms of service.
3. Follow the simple instructions to complete the enrollment process—it’s that easy!

Apply in person: Visit us and a friendly representative can help you complete the process online or help you enroll in eBanking.

*Skip-A-Pay is available on all loans excluding real estate, flexLINE, Extra Quick Loan, Platinum and Platinum Rewards Mastercard, youth loans, balloon loans, and any loan with current collection arrangements or a skip within the last three months or two skips within a 12-month period. Eligible loans must be current, at least two months old, with two consecutive payments. A signed Skip-A-Pay request form or an online submission must be received by Extra Credit Union on or before the loan due date for the payment to be skipped.
